Plumber – Maintenance & Repairs

About the role

The Plumber will join the facilities team at a leading hospitality property in Muscat, providing essential maintenance and repair services to ensure all plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Fix minor plumbing problems, including unclogging drains and repairing leaks.
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings; cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angles.
• Perform leak detection by filling pipes or fixtures with water or air.
• Review blueprints, building codes, and specifications to plan installations.
• Install and maintain pipe assemblies, valves, appliances, and fixtures.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report hazards and incidents.
• Assist with moving, lifting, and positioning objects up to 75 lb and support heavier items when needed.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of related plumbing experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Stationary Engineer/Boiler Operator License.
• Plumber Certification.
