Portfolio Manager – Investment Advisory

About the role

The Portfolio Manager – Investment Advisory will establish and lead an in‑house portfolio and fund management business, delivering Shariah‑compliant investment solutions across asset classes. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, designing investment strategies, raising assets under management, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up public funds (sukuk and equities) and obtain necessary regulatory approvals.
• Develop and pitch investment advisory services to secure discretionary mandates.
• Manage client portfolios, monitor risk/return characteristics, and provide performance analysis.
• Conduct market research, identify trends, and propose new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and external regulators to ensure seamless execution.
• Support wealth management, risk management, and investment operations functions.

Required profile

• Seasoned investment professional with extensive cross‑asset portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record in fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and building AUM.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to act as primary point of contact.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for internal and external stakeholders.
