Prime Mover Driver – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

Peace Land Logistics is seeking a full‑time Prime Mover Driver to operate heavy trucks and prime movers for regional and long‑distance freight movements. The position is based on‑site in Ibri and requires strict adherence to safety and delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate prime movers and heavy trucks to transport goods safely between designated locations.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Secure loads according to safety procedures and maintain basic vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and traffic regulations while completing required delivery documentation.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A (or equivalent heavy‑vehicle license) with a clean driving record.
• Strong truck‑driving skills and experience with prime movers preferred.
• Good communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Flexibility for shifts and extended hours; ability to work full‑time on‑site in Ibri.
• Familiarity with regional routes and traffic regulations is an advantage.
