Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager at IFTUR | empresa júnior supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for products and services across target markets. This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, Oman, with flexibility for some work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, define product positioning and messaging, and collaborate with sales and project teams on go-to-market plans.
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns, track performance metrics, prepare reports and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep branding consistent.
• Help optimise the product portfolio, gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer insights and performance metrics.
• Effective written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Marketing knowledge of product positioning, branding and campaign development, and basic sales understanding.
• Project management skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Relevant academic background in marketing, business, communications or a related field; current students or recent graduates are welcome.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity about product development and market trends, and willingness to learn in a junior enterprise context.

Required skills

• Comfort with digital tools such as productivity suites and basic marketing or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with social media and online campaign management is a plus.
