Product Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Product Quality Assurance Manager for breeder and hatching eggs leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems across the entire production cycle, ensuring premium-quality eggs and day-old chicks (DOCs) meet international poultry standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain integrated quality assurance and technical compliance frameworks for breeder and hatching egg operations.
• Audit the full production cycle from receiving DOCs to delivery of hatching eggs, conducting regular and unannounced farm inspections.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Oversee vaccination handling, biosecurity implementation, and veterinary compliance across all sites.
• Monitor feed quality, feed-mill operations and storage to mitigate feed-related risks.
• Handle customer quality issues, field performance monitoring and post-delivery reviews.
• Develop risk monitoring, early-warning and emergency response plans for operational stability.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, technical validation and review of test results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product quality assurance within breeder or hatching egg production.
• Strong knowledge of poultry health, biosecurity standards and feed quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead RCA investigations and implement CAPA actions.
• Experience in risk assessment, early-warning systems and emergency response planning.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with internal and external laboratories.
