Product Specialist – Musculoskeletal & Orthopedic Solutions

About the role

Pharma Growth Lab, on behalf of a multinational client, is looking for a Product Specialist to drive the growth of advanced musculoskeletal and orthopedic care solutions across the Sultanate of Oman. The role is field‑based, requiring regular visits to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare accounts to engage professionals, develop territory coverage and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans for the Omani market.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic and related healthcare professionals.
• Conduct scheduled field visits and follow‑up on accounts.
• Support strategic development of hospitals, clinics and key accounts.
• Coordinate product access, market availability and promotional activities.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and customer insights.
• Submit visit plans, daily reports and territory progress using company tools.
• Achieve assigned sales objectives, coverage targets and business KPIs while ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related healthcare field.
• Proven experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, pharmaceutical promotion or orthopedics.
• Prior exposure to the Omani market is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and planning abilities.
• Professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid Omani driving licence and personal vehicle preferred.
