Production Delivery Supervisor (Upstream Oil Field)

About the role

The Production Delivery Supervisor oversees daily oil field production operations in Block 60, Oman. The role ensures safety, efficiency, and output targets are met while coordinating with cross‑functional teams and adhering to HSE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and monitor equipment performance.
• Coordinate well testing appraisals for tight‑gas reservoirs and avoid excessive gas flaring.
• Gather and analyse EWT data to reduce key depletion uncertainties and support investment decisions.
• Supervise field personnel (11 Production Operators, 1 Senior Water‑Management Operator) and enforce HSE protocols.
• Conduct safety audits, lead emergency response, and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Oversee wells custodianship, handovers, hook‑up activities, and punch‑point resolution.
• Ensure fluid‑chemistry changes are incorporated into surface‑facility design.
• Coordinate with construction, electrical maintenance, and surface‑equipment delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising oil‑field production operations.
• Strong knowledge of well testing, fluid chemistry, and HSE standards.
• Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team and liaise with construction and maintenance groups.
• Familiarity with Omani government regulations and international best practices.
