Project Controls Lead

About the role

Worley is seeking a Project Controls Lead to drive cost, schedule and performance integration across large‑scale EPC projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary controls team, ensure data consistency, and provide decision‑ready insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily activities of project controls teams, setting clear priorities and accountability.
• Integrate cost, schedule and progress data to maintain a single version of the truth.
• Consolidate complex information into concise, decision‑ready reports for management and stakeholders.
• Standardise reporting across projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Establish structured workflows to improve efficiency and eliminate disconnects.
• Act as the primary interface between disciplines, the client, and internal teams.
• Identify issues early, own resolutions, and drive outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in EPC/EPC‑M environments on large capital projects.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating project controls, cost, or planning teams.
• Strong technical background in cost management and planning.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Controls or a related discipline.
