Project Services General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee project services and controls for major LNG growth projects. The role ensures reliable project information, timely delivery, and alignment with the Project Management Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop project services and project controls for large-scale projects.
• Establish and drive the Project Management Framework and associated control processes.
• Manage project cost, schedule, performance reporting, dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead CAPEX budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and cost control.
• Ensure effective document, data and ERP management throughout project delivery.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Guarantee compliance with HSSE, quality, regulatory and project requirements.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing project services team.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 6 years in a management position.
• Experience across operations, engineering and project/services roles.
• Technical Authority Level 2 (TA‑2) certification.
• Experience in brownfield project controls, reporting, handover and closeout.
• Major industrial project experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, LNG or energy.
• Project Services Manager certification or equivalent is preferred.
