Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Oman

About the role

Enterslice Pvt. Ltd., a global legal and corporate consultancy, is expanding its operations in Oman and seeks a proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government liaison, licensing, and regulatory compliance for corporate clients. The role is based in Muscat and involves direct interaction with a range of Omani authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with ministries and agencies such as MOCIIP, Ministry of Labour, Royal Oman Police, Municipality, Tax Authority, and Chamber of Commerce.
• Handle company incorporation, commercial registration, amendments, renewals, and deregistration.
• Process investor visas, employment visas, residence cards, labour clearances, and related immigration matters.
• Coordinate KYC procedures, licensing approvals, and regulatory filings.
• Arrange document attestations, notarization, legalization, and apostille as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with government officials and stay updated on changes to Omani laws and regulations.
• Support clients in obtaining sector‑specific approvals and licenses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas clients to track documentation and application status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in Oman.
• In‑depth knowledge of Omani government procedures and corporate regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred).
• Valid Omani driving licence.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Required skills
