Purchase & Logistics Internship – Muscat, Oman

About the role

Join Everllence's Purchasing team in the MEA Regional Office and gain hands‑on experience in procurement and logistics. This internship will expose you to the full purchase cycle, from sourcing to delivery, within a global energy‑solutions company.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing activities by issuing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and obtaining quotations.
• Compare pricing, negotiate cost‑effective deals, and ensure compliance with Everllence policies and QHSE requirements.
• Assist logistics functions: request quotes, negotiate terms, prepare comparison sheets, and track order status.
• Follow up on orders to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide departmental assistance and support cross‑functional, multi‑location teams.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Minimum six months of experience in a similar industry.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across locations.
