QHSE Functional Consultant

About the role

OSOS is looking for a QHSE Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration and delivery of quality, health, safety and environment solutions. The role combines strategic consulting, system implementation and AI‑driven analytics to help clients improve compliance, risk management and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of QHSE systems across multiple projects, including workshops, requirements gathering and As‑Is/To‑Be process analysis.
• Design and configure QHSE modules such as Risk Management, Incident Management, Audit & Inspection, Compliance Management and Training & Competency.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle: configuration, customization, data migration, testing (UAT, integration, regression) and go‑live with hyper‑care support.
• Advise clients on QHSE best practices, digital transformation and integration with ERP modules (HR, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to presales demos and support product innovation.
• Leverage AI/ML for predictive risk analysis, incident trend analysis, AI‑driven dashboards and automation (RPA, NLP) while ensuring ethical use.

Required profile

• Strong domain expertise in QHSE processes, frameworks and relevant regulations.
• Deep familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience delivering ERP‑integrated QHSE solutions in SaaS, cloud or on‑premise environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, engage stakeholders and mentor teams.
