Referral Sales & Corporate Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Referral Sales & Corporate Marketing Executive to drive patient referrals and promote the hospital’s services across Oman. You will build and nurture relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance partners and other healthcare professionals to increase patient footfall and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with GPs, specialist clinics, polyclinics, corporate companies, insurance companies/TPAs, medical centres and community healthcare partners.
• Generate referrals for OPD consultations, diagnostics, health check‑ups, specialty services, surgical packages and rehabilitation programs.
• Promote hospital specialties, doctors, services and packages to referral sources.
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, corporates and medical partners.
• Identify new referral channels and partnership opportunities to expand hospital reach.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Front Office, Insurance, Doctors/Consultants, Customer Service and Marketing.
• Monitor referral trends, patient inflow and conversion performance; prepare regular reports on activities, tie‑ups and revenue contribution.
• Support organization of CME programs, health camps, doctor meets, corporate wellness activities and community engagement events.
• Execute corporate marketing strategies, plan campaigns, events, exhibitions and digital marketing activities aligned with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospital marketing, referral generation or healthcare business development.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking skills with medical and corporate stakeholders.
• Result‑oriented mindset with ability to meet referral and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
