Residences Intern Concierge (Omani National)

About the role

Join the Residences team at Mandarin Oriental Muscat as an Intern Concierge. You will help create memorable "MOWow" moments for guests while supporting the daily operations of the concierge desk in a luxury beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized guest experiences and liaise with external partners to arrange unique activities in Muscat.
• Perform all concierge desk duties including check‑in/out, credit‑card handling, complaint resolution, and guest relations.
• Assist with billing, invoice preparation, and reporting in line with MOHG standards.
• Uphold service excellence standards such as LQE, CQE and Forbes 5‑star criteria.
• Maintain Guest360 and Fans of MO profile data and promote the guest‑recognition program.
• Support and mentor trainees, interns and bell team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Omani national with a strong service mindset and growth orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act as the first point of contact for guests.
• Commitment to high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and professional conduct.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts at the concierge desk.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Guest360 system.
