Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our food & beverage outlet in Muscat, delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with Kempinski’s luxury standards. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with the culinary team, and driving sales while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
• Achieve sales targets and manage the outlet’s budget effectively.
• Maintain high product and service quality, fostering innovation and new ideas.
• Develop the outlet entrepreneurially, identifying opportunities to increase business.
• Support talent development, conduct performance appraisals and provide continuous feedback.
• Identify and nurture internal and external talent aligned with Kempinski’s values.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to communicate innovations and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a restaurant or food & beverage outlet within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, fire, and HACCP regulations.
• Ability to drive sales, manage budgets and uphold high service standards.
• Leadership skills to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to talent development and continuous improvement.
