Retail Sales Intern – Customer Service & Visual Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Intern to join our store team. You will represent the brand, support customers throughout their shopping journey, and help maintain visual standards while gaining hands‑on experience in sales and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain product knowledge across all brand lines for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Handle POS transactions, process cash, card, and voucher payments accurately.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Monitor store security and adhere to loss‑prevention policies.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and professional attitude at all times.
• Flexible availability for varied shifts and overtime.
• Strong interest in retail, fashion, and customer service.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sales data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
