Retail Sales Intern – Customer Service & Visual Merchandising

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Intern to join our store team. You will represent the brand, support sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while gaining hands‑on experience in retail operations and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and convert window shoppers into buyers.
• Maintain store presentation standards, ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines, and keep stock organized.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash till at shift start and end.
• Record inventory movements and assist with stock‑in/out reporting.
• Follow loss‑prevention policies, maintain security awareness, and protect sales data confidentiality.

Required profile

• Presentable, well‑groomed, and able to maintain a professional attitude.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge and ability to suggest complementary items.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and adherence to the GUEST selling methodology.
