About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand in‑store, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales. You will ensure the shop maintains visual standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all brand lines for effective suggestive selling.
• Keep the store well‑groomed, presentable, and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Arrange stock attractively, record inventory movements, and uphold stock‑norm standards.
• Operate the POS/billing counter, process cash, card, voucher, and automatic debit payments accurately.
• Handle cash‑till reconciliation at shift start and end, issue receipts, refunds, and change.
• Observe security protocols, adhere to SOP and loss‑prevention policies, and maintain confidentiality of sales data.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, and extended hours during sales periods.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to minimise stock loss.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and vigilance regarding store security.
