Sales Consultant – Passport & Visa Services

About the role

Trust Global Consultants is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Muscat office. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients, helping them navigate passport and visa requirements while promoting the company’s service packages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in‑person meetings.
• Conduct consultations to understand each client’s travel or relocation needs.
• Present and explain service options, fees, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare tailored proposals and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain accurate client records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Meet defined sales targets and participate in local marketing activities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and consulting abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for diverse client bases.
• Experience in sales, travel services, immigration, or related fields is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Muscat.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or similar lead‑tracking systems.
