About the role

As a Sales Consultant – Retail at SARA Group, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our Building Materials Division in Oman. You will deliver an authentic, personalized customer experience while driving sales of high‑quality products in a vibrant showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and support division objectives.
• Provide genuine, personalized service to ensure customers feel valued.
• Monitor and report daily sales activities, giving feedback on operations and product performance.
• Execute merchandising strategies in line with SARA and supplier guidelines.
• Maintain accurate product pricing and barcode labeling.
• Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer accounts to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with the Division Leader on innovative marketing promotions.
• Assess competitor activity and deliver insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Review new product performance and customer feedback, creating actionable improvement plans.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through ongoing support and guidance.
• Motivate the team and foster a positive, energetic work environment.
• Utilize ERP and CRM systems to optimise sales processes and customer interactions.
• Continuously expand the customer base and enhance overall sales performance.
