About the role
We are seeking a passionate Sales Design Consultant to join our Muscat team. In this client‑facing position you will translate customer needs into functional and aesthetic furniture solutions while ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist walk‑in clients, providing accurate information based on their furniture and interior requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts and quotations, recommending suitable furniture solutions according to space, budget, and client preferences.
- Guide clients on design aesthetics and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- Maintain high attention to detail in client meetings, email correspondence, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure prices are quoted correctly and that payments are collected in line with approved quotations.
Required profile
- Background in Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong communication and client‑handling skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and team‑focused.
