Sales Engineer – Water Treatment Systems

About the role

The Sales Engineer will drive revenue for a range of water‑treatment products, including reverse‑osmosis, chlorination, sewage‑treatment and desalination systems, as well as associated speciality chemicals. You will build a robust pipeline, develop new customer relationships and ensure profitable sales across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell reverse‑osmosis, chlorination, sewage‑treatment, desalination and dosing systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and manage the full sales lifecycle.
• Prepare and review techno‑commercial proposals, P&IDs and BOQs.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintain a customer database, and expand the client base.
• Negotiate contracts, finalize orders and ensure timely payment collection.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain commercial discipline by monitoring receivables and credit documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in design, specification and commissioning of water‑treatment systems.
• Self‑motivated, organised and analytical with strong customer‑facing skills.
• Proven ability to develop profitable sales accounts and manage a balanced portfolio.
