About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow our FMCG business in Oman. The role focuses on identifying, developing and closing new opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by brand, customer and product.
- Ensure timely collections and meet credit/collection goals.
- Improve product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
- Coordinate with merchandisers and sales supervisors to implement company plans.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive long‑term loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG sales or merchandising in Oman.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Good planning and time‑management skills.
- Valid Omani driving licence.
