About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow our FMCG business in Oman. The role focuses on identifying, developing and closing new opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by brand, customer and product.
  • Ensure timely collections and meet credit/collection goals.
  • Improve product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
  • Coordinate with merchandisers and sales supervisors to implement company plans.
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive long‑term loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG sales or merchandising in Oman.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Good planning and time‑management skills.
  • Valid Omani driving licence.
