Sales & Facility Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Sales & Facility Manager will lead both the leasing activities and the day‑to‑day operation of residential properties for a leading real‑estate organisation in Oman. The role combines revenue generation through sales and leasing with the management of facility contracts, maintenance programmes and compliance to ensure high occupancy and excellent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including market research, networking and property portal listings.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate with clients, prepare proposals and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, owners, brokers and corporate customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market analyses for senior management.
• Oversee daily facility operations, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and manage MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, elevators and safety systems.
• Handle tenant maintenance requests, conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness, security and landscaping standards.
• Manage facility contracts, service agreements and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), negotiate terms, monitor vendor performance and ensure timely renewals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and building regulations, maintain certificates and implement emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, leasing and facility management within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
