Sales Manager – Process Skids, Pressure Vessels & Fabrication

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development for process skids, pressure vessels and fabrication services targeting oil and gas companies in Oman. Based in Muscat, you will drive growth, build client relationships and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and engineering teams.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for process skids, pressure vessels and fabrication projects.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of sales or business development experience in process skids, pressure vessels or fabrication services.
• Proven track record selling to oil and gas companies.
• Experience working in Gulf countries is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Muscat and cover personal housing and schooling costs from salary.
