Sales & Marketing Business Development Graduate Role

About the role

Petra LLC is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will help drive business growth by generating leads, converting opportunities and building lasting client relationships across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media) aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market entry, partnerships and strategic alliances.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach and relationship management.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer segmentation to shape strategy.
• Create and deliver proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor campaign performance (ROI, conversion rates, CAC) and report insights.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, opportunity tracking and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Omani citizen, registered in MOW.
• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CIM, Google/Digital Marketing, HubSpot or Meta.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

• MS Office suite.
• Social media management platforms.
