Sales & Marketing Business Development Professional

About the role

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The candidate will design and execute integrated campaigns, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events and social media.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market entry, partnerships and joint ventures.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach and relationship management.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer segmentation to shape strategy.
• Create and deliver proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, conversion rates and acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B or B2C sales, marketing or business development experience, preferably in construction, real estate or services.
• Relevant certifications such as CIM, Google, HubSpot or Meta digital‑marketing credentials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
