Scaffolder – Long‑term Project in Muscat

About the role

GSR Maritime is seeking experienced scaffolders to join a long‑term project in Muscat, Oman. The role involves working on dry‑dock and shipyard environments, supporting construction and maintenance activities for maritime vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to meet project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding usage and inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant scaffolding experience, preferably in dry‑dock or shipyard settings.
• Certification such as TUV or CISRS is preferred; CISRS‑certified candidates may be considered for higher salary.
• Willingness to work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Ability to provide relevant certifications and experience documentation with the CV.
