SCM Lead – Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SCM Lead to drive end‑to‑end supply chain excellence within our organization. The role focuses on optimizing procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier relationships while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full supply chain process, from demand planning to delivery.
• Manage contracts, procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory control, logistics operations and material planning.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central) for supply chain functions.
• Identify and execute process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coach and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in the Power Industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• CIPS certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership abilities.
