Seasonal Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Muscat is seeking a Seasonal Kids Club Supervisor to lead daily operations of its children’s programme. Reporting to the Kids Club Manager, you will ensure a safe, engaging and memorable experience for young guests while supporting overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of the Kids Club, maintaining high standards of service and safety.
• Cover the reception desk when needed and supervise staff in the manager’s absence.
• Handle guest complaints, follow reporting procedures and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Report any hazards or malfunctioning equipment promptly to relevant departments.
• Conduct bi‑monthly inventory checks and manage stationery supplies.
• Train and develop Kids Club attendants, creating a monthly learning and development calendar.
• Design unique, culturally relevant activities that differentiate the hotel’s kids offering.
• Monitor outsourced services to ensure maintenance standards are met.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel operational systems such as HMS, SCM and Alice.
