Senior AMC Sales Executive – HVAC & Air Conditioning

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior AMC Sales Executive to expand our Air Conditioning Maintenance Contract (AMC) portfolio across residential, commercial and industrial sectors in Oman. You will be responsible for generating new business, renewing existing contracts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new AMC opportunities through cold calling, site visits, referrals and digital inquiries.
• Renew expired or inactive contracts by following up and negotiating terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers and key decision‑makers.
• Present AMC solutions, clearly explaining benefits, scope and service commitments.
• Coordinate with service teams to guarantee SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage payment collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily activity and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of sales and client‑management experience, preferably in HVAC, air‑conditioning or consumer electronics.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• Valid Oman driving licence.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing collections.
