Senior HSE Specialist

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior HSE Specialist to lead the development, review and finalisation of offshore HSSE documentation for OQEP assets. The role will work closely with process owners to understand offshore operations, risks and HSSE requirements, ensuring all documents meet industry best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and finalise offshore HSSE procedures, SOPs, guidelines and manuals.
• Coordinate with Company process owners to gather inputs and align documents with operational context.
• Participate in meetings and site visits, including Block 8 offshore assets.
• Ensure all documentation complies with applicable offshore industry standards and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of HSSE documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant engineering or safety discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with offshore exposure.
• Proven track record in developing and managing HSSE documentation for offshore projects.
