Senior Leadership Workshop Facilitator / Leadership Consultant (Project-Based)

About the role

Oracle Academics is seeking an experienced senior leadership workshop facilitator to deliver executive development programmes on a project‑based basis for corporate and government clients in Oman and the GCC. The role is freelance, requiring travel and temporary relocation to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive leadership and management development workshops for senior executives.
• Facilitate engaging, outcome‑focused training sessions and adapt them to client needs.
• Review, customise, and enhance existing Oracle Academics workshop content.
• Create additional case studies, exercises, and facilitation materials as required.
• Submit all workshop materials, presentations, facilitator guides and participant manuals for approval before delivery.
• Represent Oracle Academics professionally during client engagements.
• Travel to Oman and temporarily relocate for project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience delivering leadership and executive development workshops.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Management or related field, or equivalent internationally recognised professional certifications.
• Demonstrated experience with government, corporate or multinational organisations.
• Strong knowledge of leadership frameworks, competency development, strategic leadership, change management and talent development.
• Fluent English with clear professional pronunciation; Arabic fluency preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills for executive‑level audiences.
• Willingness to work on a project‑by‑project basis and register as a part‑time trainer/consultant in Oman if required.
