Senior Manager, Asset Management

About the role

Lead Omantel’s corporate asset management framework, ensuring effective governance, lifecycle management and value realization across subsidiaries and strategic investments. The Senior Manager will drive portfolio planning, performance monitoring and alignment with the long‑term corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Govern the asset portfolio of Omantel’s subsidiaries and strategic investments, ensuring alignment with shareholder objectives and corporate strategy.
• Plan, optimise and execute value‑creation initiatives across the portfolio.
• Monitor financial, operational and strategic performance, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain governance frameworks, board reporting and compliance, safeguarding shareholder interests.
• Support investment evaluations, restructurings, acquisitions and divestments in collaboration with Strategy, Finance and Investments teams.
• Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reports, presenting insights to senior management and board committees.
• Identify and mitigate strategic, financial and operational risks, ensuring long‑term strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a management position.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management abilities.
