Senior Manager Digital Readiness

About the role

The Senior Manager Digital Readiness ensures that new digital services, systems and projects are fully prepared for production. Working within the Digital & Technology unit, the role aligns operational requirements, service transition and change readiness with ITIL practices and telecom operational frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain readiness standards and criteria for new digital services.
• Validate operational preparedness before go‑live, including infrastructure, application and capacity readiness.
• Govern readiness reviews, operational handovers and knowledge transfer from build to operations teams.
• Ensure RFPs capture operational support requirements and that vendor solutions meet readiness needs.
• Align deployments with ITIL Service Transition and change/release processes.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks and readiness governance across architecture and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
• Proven experience in digital service delivery, operational transition and telecom environments.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution and change management capabilities.
