Senior Marketing Manager (Commercial)

About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead all branding, marketing and product launch activities for Awasr’s residential and business broadband portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, drive product profitability and ensure consistent brand communication across internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and cascade the functional marketing strategy in line with the overall company direction.
• Partner with the VP of Sales to define and execute go‑to‑market plans for current and future products.
• Coordinate sales channels and ensure appropriate promotional programs for each channel.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for residential and business lines, setting revenue targets.
• Support sales‑team training to guarantee deep product knowledge.
• Maintain and communicate Awasr’s brand image, positioning and messaging consistently.
• Embed the company’s mission, vision and philosophy throughout the organisation.
• Implement evaluation systems for goals and report progress to the executive team.
• Manage the marketing communications and public‑relations budget.
• Define product release requirements and oversee smooth product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within the telecom or broadband sector.
• Strong blend of business acumen and technical understanding.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Leadership experience managing marketing, communications and PR teams.
• Track record of developing successful go‑to‑market strategies and product positioning.
