About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our on‑site team in Muscat. This full‑time position involves leading patient care initiatives, supervising nursing staff, and delivering advanced clinical services in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate high‑quality patient care across the facility.
Manage and mentor nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Provide advanced clinical care and intervene in complex cases.
Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

Current RN license with a BSN or higher degree in Nursing.
Proven experience in patient care management and nursing staff supervision.
Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication within multidisciplinary teams.
Specialized certification is a plus.

Required skills

Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency.
