Senior QA Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (preferably On‑Premise) to support a banking client in Oman. The role combines strong domain knowledge in banking with hands‑on testing of CRM modules and related integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases covering functional, regression, integration, localization, API and data‑migration scenarios.
• Validate external system integrations using REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
• Track, prioritize and report defects in JIRA, providing clear documentation and status updates.
• Collaborate with Agile teams—developers, business analysts and stakeholders—to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Perform database testing, data validation and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead testing activities, mentor junior testers and coordinate resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT or banking experience with proven work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On‑Premise preferred).
• Strong banking domain knowledge, including internet/mobile banking, cards, payments and loans.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
