Senior SAP IM&T Consultant – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP IM&T Consultant to lead and support strategic digital transformation initiatives across our Integrated Supply Chain. The role will focus on designing, implementing and optimizing SAP Supply Chain solutions to drive business transformation and best‑practice adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Supply Chain transformation projects using SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba and SAP IBP.
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and redesign business processes.
• Configure and optimise procurement, inventory, purchasing and material master processes in SAP MM.
• Drive Source‑to‑Pay and Procure‑to‑Pay transformations with SAP Ariba.
• Implement demand, supply and inventory planning solutions in SAP IBP, including S&OP.
• Define and enforce master data governance and data‑quality frameworks.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP IBP and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure change management and user adoption.
• Support programme governance, benefits realisation and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering integrated supply‑chain transformation programmes.
• At least one full‑life‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration within supply chain.
• Hands‑on implementation experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba and SAP IBP modules.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and business‑process re‑engineering skills.
