Senior Service Supervisor – Applied HVAC Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Service Supervisor to lead the applied HVAC service operations for our retail division in Oman. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction and controlling operational costs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure timely periodic service for all customers.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians and internal teams to resolve service complaints within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain assets to minimise unexpected breakdowns and achieve high equipment availability.
• Drive business development by retaining at least 95 % of customers and generating new AMC and revamp business.
• Monitor service quality, address repeat failures with OEMs and line managers, and lead continuous improvement.
• Plan and forecast spare‑parts requirements, raise requests, track pending parts and ensure defective parts are returned within three days.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10‑15 years of experience in commercial and industrial air‑conditioning/HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• HVAC system installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with chillers, package units, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FAHUs), DX and VRF systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and automation.
• Spare‑parts planning and forecasting.
