Senior Site Engineer

About the role

Efreez Design and Fit Out is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead on‑site activities for interior and exterior design, fit‑out, and furniture projects in Masqat, Oman. The role is full‑time and requires close coordination with project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and fit‑out works on site.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align work with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports.
• Review structural and civil engineering aspects, supporting cost and time optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; professional registration is a plus.
• Several years of experience in site engineering, preferably within interior/exterior design, fit‑out or construction projects.
• Strong on‑site supervision, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
