Senior Solutions Delivery Lead – IoT, 5G & Connected Mobility

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to shape and execute our enterprise strategy for IoT connectivity, 5G/ private networks and connected mobility solutions. The role will drive strategic partnerships, enable partner offerings for the Oman market and ensure delivery of high‑value digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously refine the client’s IoT, 5G and connected mobility strategy, aligning it with market opportunities and growth objectives.
• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic alliances with OEMs, hyperscalers, ISVs, SIs, automotive ecosystems and local delivery partners.
• Co‑create and execute joint go‑to‑market plans, building pipeline and converting partner capabilities into revenue.
• Structure commercial models, pricing, contracts and risk allocation for high‑value opportunities.
• Enable and localise partner solutions – IoT platforms, connectivity management, eSIM orchestration, vertical use cases and device ecosystems – for operational delivery in Oman.
• Provide governance and multi‑stakeholder leadership for complex enterprise and government programs.
• Develop performance frameworks, monitor pipeline contribution, revenue realization and partner productivity, and deliver executive‑level reporting.
• Drive internal enablement and capability building across sales, presales, delivery and legal teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in IoT, 5G or connected mobility strategy and execution.
• Strong track record of managing strategic partnerships and joint GTM initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial structuring and contract governance skills.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate across sales, delivery, legal and finance functions.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and executive reporting.
