Senior Specialist – Data Analytics & Enterprise Account Planning

About the role

The Senior Specialist will lead the creation and ongoing refinement of strategic account plans for key enterprise customers. Using data‑driven insights, you will support sales growth across connectivity and ICT portfolios while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and regularly update strategic account plans for major business customers.
• Identify growth, acquisition, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities in connectivity and ICT services.
• Monitor and analyse KPI performance across sales portfolios, providing actionable recommendations.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau or similar) to visualise sales trends and pipeline health.
• Deliver data‑driven insights to support sector reviews and executive decision‑making.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities, executive visits and meetings in collaboration with sector managers and sales leads.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and planning tools, maintaining visibility of opportunities.
• Liaise with product, marketing, billing, technical and other cross‑functional teams to guarantee feasibility of strategic plans.
• Prepare and present account reviews and strategic insights to BU management and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in account planning, data analytics or a related commercial role.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
