Service Delivery Coordinator – Drilling Services

About the role

The Service Delivery Coordinator will lead a team that delivers high‑quality drilling services to customers, ensuring flawless execution, on‑time delivery and strict contract adherence. You will act as the primary client contact throughout job preparation, execution and close‑out, while safeguarding health, safety and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Protect personnel and environmental health and safety in all activities.
• Execute work in line with Baker Hughes non‑negotiables, processes and cultural pillars.
• Understand and capitalize on assigned contracts/quotes.
• Coordinate and monitor job activities across organizational boundaries as defined in MTJC.
• Serve as the main client liaison for job preparation, execution and close‑out.
• Schedule and dispatch resources according to job requirements.
• Follow client MOC/escalation processes and raise escalations when needed.
• Ensure invoices match contracts/quotes, prevent revenue leakage and support timely cash collection.
• Maintain compliance with Job Center and S&OP platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling services.
• At least 4 years of experience as an applications engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of drilling services engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
