Skincare Product Specialist

About the role

Al Khayyat Investments is seeking a Skincare Product Specialist to expand its skincare portfolio across Oman. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and driving product adoption in clinics, hospitals and medical centres.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail skincare products to doctors, decision‑makers and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support product enlistment with relevant institutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth in the territory.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing changes and customer needs.
• Support marketing initiatives, product training, workshops and customer engagement events.
• Maintain accurate customer records, submit visit reports, weekly plans and sales updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science or a related healthcare discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, skincare, medical detailing or pharma marketing is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based role.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
