Social Media and Content Coordinator (Beauty industry)

About the role

The Social Media and Content Coordinator will develop, curate and publish engaging content for the company's digital channels, supporting the brand’s presence in the beauty industry. This role works closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across social platforms and other marketing assets.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Draft articles, newsletters, blogs and marketing materials aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all communications.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring and audience engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, coordinating responses with relevant departments.
• Assist in updating website content and digital marketing assets.
• Track and report on social media performance, engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and content editing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
