Social Media and Content Coordinator (Beauty industry)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media and Content Coordinator to shape our brand’s online presence within the beauty industry. You will create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across multiple platforms while supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Draft articles, newsletters, blogs and marketing materials aligned with brand identity.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all communication touchpoints.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling, publishing, monitoring and audience engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, coordinating responses with relevant departments.
• Assist in updating website content and digital marketing assets.
• Track and report on social media performance, engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or corporate communications.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Experience using content scheduling and analytics tools.
• Basic graphic design knowledge with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
