Social Media Manager

About the role

The Growth Pillars is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to lead and expand its own and client social media presence. Based on‑site in Muscat, you will work closely with marketing, design and strategy teams to deliver daily content that drives engagement and supports business objectives. You will be responsible for crafting brand‑aligned messaging, optimizing content for each platform, and staying ahead of social trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Create, edit and publish posts, stories and short videos on a daily basis.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience growth.
• Analyse performance metrics using Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Adjust campaigns based on data‑driven insights and emerging platform trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work on‑site in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• You should be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
