Social Media Marketing Specialist – Full‑time (2 openings)

About the role

Techsculp is seeking two Social Media Marketing Specialists to join its Muscat office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will plan, create and publish content across multiple social platforms, driving brand awareness and audience engagement for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars aligned with campaign objectives.
• Write copy and brief visual assets for posts, ads and stories.
• Monitor social channels, respond to community interactions and manage real‑time engagement.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track key metrics, prepare performance dashboards and propose improvements to increase reach and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation across major platforms.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, audience segmentation and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft brand‑aligned messaging.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Ability to interpret data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work on‑site in Muscat.
