Spa Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Jumeirah Muscat Bay is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager in delivering exceptional spa and fitness experiences at its luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily Spa and Fitness operations, ensuring guest areas, facilities, inventories, and back‑of‑house spaces meet Jumeirah and LQA standards.
• Supervise Spa GSE, Spa Attendants, and Fitness teams, monitor performance, conduct monthly KPI‑based reviews, provide coaching, and manage discipline.
• Coordinate and deliver training for Spa and Fitness teams on products, services, and standards, working with vendors and designers.
• Assist with payroll accuracy, prepare weekly schedules, and monitor daily attendance and absences in line with Jumeirah policies.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensure timely resolution, track quality scores (Medallia, LQA, TripAdvisor), develop action plans and work with Spa leadership to close service gaps.
